Prepare your device
Before setup callMake sure your computer is ready:
- Mac mini (or your chosen device) powered on and connected to the internet
- Download AnyDesk (free) for remote access
- Grant AnyDesk permissions: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording → enable AnyDesk. Then Accessibility → enable AnyDesk. Restart AnyDesk after granting permissions.
- Know your Mac login password (needed for installations during the session)
- A cloud AI model is required for your agent to work. OpenClaw works with any major provider: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, OpenRouter, or Google (Gemini). We'll help you choose during kickoff.

On your scheduled dateWe connect to your device via AnyDesk. We install OpenClaw, configure your integrations (email, calendar, messaging), set up security, and build your custom workflows. You'll be using your AI assistant by the end of the session.
Ongoing support
14 days includedAfter setup, we add you to a dedicated Email support channel. For 14 days (or longer, depending on your plan), you can reach us directly for any questions, tweaks, or issues. We're here to make sure everything works perfectly.
