Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MyClaw services provided by ELANRA LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we", "us", "our").
1. Service description
MyClaw provides professional setup and configuration of OpenClaw, an open-source AI assistant platform, on your personal hardware. Our service includes:
- Remote installation and configuration of OpenClaw on your Mac
- Security hardening following the official OpenClaw hardening guide
- Integration setup (messaging, calendar, email, etc.)
- Post-setup support for the duration specified in your plan
- Optional ongoing maintenance via Managed Care plans
2. What we are and what we aren't
We are a setup and configuration service. We are not:
- The creators or maintainers of OpenClaw (OpenClaw is open-source software maintained by its community)
- An AI provider (you need your own AI model subscription or API tokens)
- A hardware vendor (you provide your own Mac)
- Responsible for the ongoing behavior or outputs of your AI agent after setup
3. Requirements
To use our service, you need:
- A Mac computer (Mac mini, Mac Studio, MacBook, or iMac)
- A cloud AI model (Claude Max subscription recommended, or API tokens from OpenRouter, Claude API, or OpenAI)
- A stable internet connection
- The ability to grant temporary remote screen sharing access during setup
4. Payment and refunds
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe
- Setup fees are one-time payments charged before the setup session
- Managed Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time
- Refund policy: If we are unable to complete your setup for any reason, you will receive a full refund. If you are unsatisfied with the setup within 7 days, contact us and we will either resolve the issue or provide a refund.
5. Device access
- During setup, we require temporary remote access to your device via screen sharing
- We will only access your device during the scheduled setup session
- We will not install any persistent remote access tools unless explicitly requested
- After setup is complete, we have no access to your device unless you explicitly grant it for maintenance
6. Your responsibilities
- Keeping your AI model subscription active
- Keeping your device powered on and connected to the internet for your agent to function
- Not sharing your agent's credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
- Using your AI agent in compliance with applicable laws and the AI provider's terms of service
7. Limitation of liability
MyClaw provides a setup service. We are not liable for:
- Actions taken by your AI agent after setup
- Downtime or changes to OpenClaw, AI model providers, or third-party integrations
- Data loss on your device (we recommend backing up before setup)
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
8. Managed Care plans
- Managed Care is an optional monthly subscription for ongoing maintenance
- You can cancel at any time - your agent will continue to run without it
- Managed Care includes the services specified in your plan (updates, support, troubleshooting)
- Each maintenance session requires your explicit permission and scheduled access
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
